Per Governor Wolf’s announcement, Georg Associates will not offer in-person session until further notice. Lola is a certified distance counselor and offers phone sessions or online sessions. What kind of therapy do you practice?

I use a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approach, which means looking at how our thoughts and feelings impact our behavior. I also use mindfulness exercises to help alleviate stress. How long does counseling take?

Most people find that 8 to 12 sessions of weekly counseling sessions can help them to gain clarity and address their current challenges. This is also enough time to implement changes and see the impact of those changes in your life. Sometimes, people continue in counseling because they find it improves their wellbeing and overall outlook on life.

You can expect to be treated with dignity and respect, in a caring environment that supports you and helps you to reach your goals.
