What kind of therapy do you practice? 

I use a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approach, which means looking at how our thoughts and feelings impact our behavior. I also use mindfulness exercises to help alleviate stress. I focus on helping people leverage their inherent strengths to address current challenges.

How long does therapy take?

Most people find that 8 to 12 sessions of weekly therapy can help them to gain clarity on the underlying dynamics that are influencing their current challenges. This is also enough time to implement changes and see the impact of those changes in their lives. Sometimes, people continue in therapy because they find it improves their wellbeing and overall outlook on life.

You can expect to be treated with dignity and respect, in a caring environment that supports you and helps you to reach your goals.
